Question 1

What is The ToolBox?

Accepted Answer

The ToolBox is a trade lifestyle membership app for Australia. For $4.99/mo, members get real discounts at 50+ partner brands across workwear, supplements, fitness, recovery, food and tech.

Question 2

How does membership work?

Accepted Answer

Download the app, pick Monthly Pro ($4.99/mo) or Annual Gold Saver ($49.99/yr), and your digital membership card unlocks every partner deal straight away. No lock-in contract on the monthly plan.

Question 3

How do vendors join?

Accepted Answer

Fill out the partner application on our vendor page and our team will be in touch. We manually vet every partner to make sure the discount is worth a member's time before it goes live in the app.

Question 4

How do I use my discount?

Accepted Answer

Once you're a member, simply open the app and show your digital membership card in-store at any of our partner vendors, or use the provided promo code for online orders.

Question 5

Is there a lock-in contract?

Accepted Answer

No way. Our Monthly Pro plan is cancel-anytime. Our Annual plan offers the best value but you're never forced to stay if you don't want to.

Question 6

Which brands are included?

Accepted Answer

We have 50+ vendors and growing across tools, workwear, supplements, recovery and more. You can see the full list of our partners directly inside the app.

Question 7

Can I use it anywhere in Australia?

Accepted Answer

We're actively scoping out vendors across every state in Australia. If there's a business near you that should be on The ToolBox, let us know - we'd love to add them!

Question 8

How do I know the discounts are legit?

Accepted Answer

Every vendor on The ToolBox is personally vetted and onboarded by us. We only partner with brands that offer genuine, meaningful savings - not token 5% deals. If it's not worth your time, it doesn't make the cut.
